Sadly, Northern Ireland is not well endowed with quality mutton suppliers. This is not helped by there being only one smaller abattoir in the Province which will slaughter animals and return them to famers.

About us: We produce our own mutton from our flock of sheep. We also produce Great Taste Award winning turkeys, and have a farm shop on the farm where we butcher the meat that we produce. We aim to produce high quality meat products and have won awards in the first two years of trading. The shop is open on the farm on a Friday and we do some high quality farmers markets, and right on your door step, when we deliver a meat parcel to you.
